That’s a nice cheerful shot for a winter’s day, Jude.
Thick fog here. I can just about see across the street!
Best wishes, Pete. x
Another lovely sunny morning but the cloud is thickening as I write.
Wind really does drop the temperature 10°!. A lovely clear winter’s shot. Sunny here today, but you need to walk on the sunny side of the street if you want cold and comfort!
My problem with the wind is that I get earache easily; still wearing a daft hat helps 😀
Blue sky and sun prevailed in Devon and Cornwall on Boxing day, hooray! I’ve been dog walking in a daft hat today and I bet mine is dafter than yours, I have to keep pulling it down over my ears, think I must have a freaky head.
Hahaha… oh, Gilly that brought a grin to my face!
I had a nice pom pom hat but I’ve lost it! Think it must have snuck down the back of a drawer 😦
I don’t see you in a pom pom. More of a fur-trimmed affair like my d-i-l’s hat. Now that’s a beauty.
Beautiful shot, Jude! Has the freezing fog reached down your way? We’ve escaped other than a smidgeon yesterday. 🙂
I am almost accustomed to the fog/mist/low cloud here at the end of the
worldcountry, but December has been very pleasant on the whole. Not much of the freezing stuff at all.Ah, another wonderful reminder from my past!
Did you spend a lot of time in Cornwall?
Well, no, but a number of family holidays, and I just remember those ruins…. Well, and the rocky coastline and the caves
It is a place that seems to lodge in the heart. Probably not changed that much over the years either except that the fishing villages are more holiday places now. And the crowds are worse.
The crowds will be much worse….😟
Jude, that’s just beautiful.
It’s a lovely wild place for a walk.
So gorgeous. I can’t wait to visit Wheal Coates again.
