  1. Why are industrial ruins so beautiful? And often industrial un-ruins too! Green and blue are a very welcome sight too.

    1. Sue says:

Why indeed! But I am sure not everyone would agree with us, Meg!

    2. Heyjude says:

I’m not sure ALL industrial ruins are photogenic (Sue may disagree with me on that), but these bits of an industrial revolution that happened down here are more so because of the very fact they are now surrounded by beautiful (though not always) countryside.

  2. Sue says:

Not much of this one left!

    1. Heyjude says:

No. And I can’t find anything about it which is frustrating. Probably a part of the Dolcoath mines. Hard to imagine how this county would have looked in the past.

      1. Sue says:

Where is it? One day when I find my old book on Cornish mines (if I ever do), there might be a clue….

Godrevy / Gwithian on the side of the Red River near the beach.

Nice to see those blue skies, Jude. And the border works well too.
    best wishes, Pete. x

    1. Heyjude says:

It could almost be a summer’s day if not for the coats and scarves being worn!

  4. Jack says:

Ah it looks so clear and crisp there, how green the grass is and the blue sky. beautiful.

  5. restlessjo says:

Looks like a family outing 🙂 Does it have a bit of a list, Jude?

    1. Heyjude says:

Well I hadn’t started on the wine then, so it must have 😉

  6. Lucid Gypsy says:

Not your family then? Lovely blue and green 🙂

    1. Heyjude says:

      No. Mine were behind me!

  7. Sherri says:

Wow…look at that sky! Great shot Jude! xxx

    1. Heyjude says:

We have had some lovely days down here during the winter. Rather foggy at the moment though.

I like a like, but I love a chat
