And you Jo. How come the year has disappeared so quickly? I am still waiting for summer 🙂

And another meeting in Edinburgh? 🙂 :)Hit and miss sunshine here this morning but I’ve been riveted to Rafa.

        1. Sue says:

Ah, I was telling someone the other day that I knew a lady who would be glued to the box watching Rafa!

No idea where the meeting is this year, but probably not in the UK and OH doesn’t get invited to those!

David’s daughter and husband on 13th for a few days. Aussie group on 18th. Then other son and family at the end of the month. Gonna be a busy time!

I love how those walls are actually strengthened and adorned by being incorporated with nature.
Good choice for the theme, Jude.
    Best wishes, Pete. x

Hard to see the actually stone sometimes, which can be a problem on the narrow lanes!

  3. Sue says:

Oh, that is a lovely structure, Jude!

One of the nicest I have seen – on a recent walk and next to an equally lovely stone stile.

      1. Sue says:

Do we get to see the stile?

        1. Heyjude says:

You will once I complete the walk for Jo!! Oh, actually I have a single photo that I am publishing before then which features the stile.

  4. I love old stone walls like this, bursting with wildflowers and vines. Seems like it would be such an iconic Cornwall image. 🙂

I suppose they are! Mine is not so impressive though as it is full of weeds.

      1. Even weeds can look charming in the right setting. 🙂

        1. Heyjude says:

          Well, the insects like them!

I always wonder about the hands that laid these walls, and how long ago.

    1. Heyjude says:

I love the herringbone laid walls.
