The Shepherd must have been very delighted with this one – so much red 🙂

Sometimes the clouds are just in the right place. When they are on the horizon we don’t get any kind of sunset.

    Simply gorgeous! 🙂

    It’s a Star Wars sky! 🙂 🙂

  4. That’s an amazing shot. 🙂

We have some lovely sunsets at this time of year. When it isn’t cloudy!

Isn’t it just? Nature that is. How are you doing Sylvia? Been a bit quiet over there lately. Are you off to your son for Christmas or are they coming to you?

      1. I’m doing well, Jude. Son and family will be skiing in Vermont for Christmas. They’ve rented a house there for the winter months. We will stay put and celebrate with a few friends here.

        1. Heyjude says:

Sounds like a good idea to me – much warmer than Vermont!

    “Sailors’ Delight.”

    1. Heyjude says:

You say ‘sailors’ we say shepherds 🙂

  6. Was it rally that colour? It’s astonishing.

    1. Heyjude says:

It really was. We get some amazing colours here during the autumn and winter months.

Nice capture, Jude. We rarely get such a cloudless sunset, but occasionally the sky looks amazing in Norfolk
You have the benefit of living so far west, it is going down on your doorstep..
    Best wishes, Pete. x
